National Assisted Living Manager Certification Course



The National Assisted Living Manager Certification Course (NALMCC) is designed for those wanting to move into a position of increased responsibility, but it can be taken immediately following the National Caregiver Certification Course or Advanced National Caregiver Certification Course. The NALMCC is not necessarily designed for individuals new to the caregiver field, as such; it is assumed that those taking the course have some level of experience as caregivers either as a paid employee or volunteer. The course covers all core areas of Assisted Living Management (ALM) to include the following:

  • Delegation of Authority
  • Developing & Implementing Policies & Procedures
  • Managing Caregiver Personnel
  • Business Practices
  • Requirements for Caregivers
  • Employment Laws
