Caring for the caregiver

My name is Sheri Tupper and I am a doctoral candidate at Capella University.

I am working towards my PhD in psychology. My dissertation is about the experience of caregivers who provide care to a patient diagnosed with an Auto-Immune disease.

If you have been working as a caregiver or have worked as a caregiver in the past to someone diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, or Mast Cell Activation Disorder, I would be interested in hearing about your day-to-day experience of providing this important care.

The interview will consist of questions about your day-to-day experience of providing care to someone suffering from one of the five auto-immune conditions listed above.

If you have in the past or are currently working as a caregiver to someone with an auto-immune disease, are at least 18 years old, and have been working as a caregiver for 3 years or more, and are interested in participating in this research please contact me at: Email: stupper@capellauniversity.edu
