HHA Certification
As the national accrediting body for caregivers, the American Caregiver Association sets the certification standards for non-medical caregivers in the United States. The ACA also oversees the National Caregiver Registry, the Official registry for caregivers in the U.S. Whether you’re a family caregiver, a private duty caregiver, or just starting out in the caregiver field, the ACA recommends that all non-medical caregivers be certified with the ACA. The certification process is simple and provides you with the essential knowledge and tools you need to help care for your loved ones, clients or residents.
