Mayo Clinic Minute – How to burn off holiday party calories

Holiday parties might be filling up your schedule and those extra calories stretching up your waistline. An average holiday meal might add up to more than 4,000 calories alone. Mayo Clinic dietitian Laurie Molina has some tips on how to enjoy the holiday gatherings and gives an idea what it would take to burn off those holiday treats.
