The Mayo Clinic Upper Digestive Disease App is available both on iOS and Android devices, and allows patients to answer questions about their symptoms to then receive color-coded reports on the severity of their symptoms. They can then email their score reports to anyone in the form of a dashboard. This video describes the app and how it is used.
