5 Easy Steps to Caregiver Certification

 

The certification process with the American Caregiver Association is simple, fast, and convenient. Order your course or bundle package, then wait for an email from the ACA with your course materials.

When you receive your course materials read through them at your leisure. There is no time limit to completing any ACA course. After you have read through your course materials thoroughly email us and request your exam. The ACA will email your exam to you within 24 hours. Complete the exam on your schedule, as there are no time limits.

When finished, email your completed exam to the ACA. You will hear from us within 3 days about your exam results. At that time, you will receive your certificate of completion by email and you will be entered into the National Caregiver Registry. You will also be eligible to obtain your caregiver ID card, identifying you as a nationally certified caregiver with the ACA.
