Can You Tell Me What Caregivers Think About the American Caregiver Association? Here in Volume 4 of nationally certified caregivers, they tell us what they think about our courses.

Having said this, we consistently survey students after they take our course. We want to see and hear what they have to say about the caregiver courses that they complete with us.

Our Goal With Feedback

One of our goals for caregivers is to continually work to improve our course content in any way that we can. And we greatly depend on our caregiver students to provide valuable feedback to fill this need. Their insight offers us a chance to look at what we are doing right. It also affords the chance to take a look at what we need to work on moving forward.

As such, each day we review the feedback from students and make an honest evaluation of the merits of the feedback. Here, what we have found is that the caregiver students consistently bring to light areas for discussion that we need to expand on or enhance, as well as new topics that we need to consider.

After we review the student feedback we put a small video together of a few students that have offered feedback. This video is one of those many videos with many more to come!

Lastly, a big thank you goes out to all of our students to not only become a special part of the American Caregiver Association but also provide genuine thoughtful opinions about what they think of our courses.
