As the national certifying organization for caregivers, and the largest certifying body in the world, the American Caregiver Association has students from all walks of life. Likewise, there are all sorts of purposes for the acquisition of caregiver certification. One of the primary reasons for the acquisition of caregiver certification is for some type of insurance purpose such as private insurance or Long-Term Care. Of course, the American Caregiver Association also certifies for a variety of other purposes as well.

As it concerns obtaining caregiver certification for insurance purposes, there are any number of ways that caregivers can go with regard to certification itself. However, we recommend that those needing to obtain caregiver certification for an insurance purpose complete our National Caregiver Certification Course. The ANCCC may also be taken to fulfill and insurance requirement, and is a great way to strengthen your confidence as you look to expand your knowledge base and provide a higher level of quality care for your loved ones, clients, or residents.
